Job #2 Timeline - Furniture Store

Background: A furniture store wanted to finish their showroom with SkimStone. The showroom floor was bare concrete. The concrete was structurally sound, had slight relief, was absorbent to moisture, and virtually free of contaminates. The total area was 1100 square feet, broken into seven sections of various sizes.

Contractors: Three employees performed all the tasks associated with this SkimStone application. One employee performed the task of applying the Protective Sealer.

Surface Prep: Removal of small paint spots by scrapping and sanding. Sweeping and mopping entire floor. Tape off of areas not being covered with SkimStone.

Application: Two coats of 8oz Minoan Red were applied. This was followed by an application of one coat of 4oz Deep Slate. Finally, five coats of SkimStone Protective Sealer were applied.
